"We hired Mehek for our wedding at the beginning of August and I can tell you we were not disappointed! It was a very last minute decision to hire and event coordinator, it was about a month before our wedding and I was starting to feel a bit overwhelmed with all the Wedding duties. I started looking for a coordinator and when I was looking and talking to perspective people Mehek clearly sounded the most professional and the most together. When we met with her I knew she was the one! She was so organized and had thought of several things I had not. I was mainly concerned with running around organizing things on the day of my wedding and not enjoying it to it’s full potential. Mehek reassured me that she had it all under control and would even contact all my vendors to follow up and make sure they knew the schedule. I got quite a lot of feedback from these vendors and they all said they really liked Mehek and she was totally on the ball! The day of came and Mehek was there to take over all the stress of the coordinating. She was there after the ceremony and was helping keep us on track for photos, making sure the flow of the day was on schedule and getting things for us here and there when we needed it (like drinks from the bar during the photo session!). Mehek made sure everything was organized for us at the end of the night before she left. This was not something I had put our budget for our wedding but I can tell you I’m SO happy we did because it was such a life saver having her there for the day. "I had my wedding reception about a month ago and Mehek was instrumental in planning the wedding! I could not have done it without her! She was professional and kind and thought of things I didn’t even know I should have planned! She kept me on schedule and would always check in to see how I am doing. Mehek was the contact person for all my vendors, it was such a stress reliever knowing I just needed to talk to her and she would communicate my questions/concerns to my many different vendors. She also called each vendor the week of the wedding to ensure all the details are finalized and to my liking. My wedding had around 500 guests and Mehek was there to ensure everything ran smoothly and according to schedule. She was a blessing and made the wedding planning experience so much better!
